important info
INFO FOR ALL SESSIONS
Upon inquiry & consultation, we’ll tack down every detail, especially:
TIME, DATE, LOCATION, STYLE OF PHOTOS, POSE IDEAS, and COST.
Once I have all the info I need, I will send you a detailed contract & we’ll go through it together! PAYMENT DETAILS BELOW!
No limit on the number of photos that you will receive! Why cap at 50 if there are 100 amazing photos? I’d never gatekeep! <3
Travel Fees may apply if I am required to travel more than 30 minutes to the location.
Within 48 hours of any type of session or event, you will receive a preview of ~20 edited images.
The photographer retains copyright over any photographic work, and is able to use it for self promotion.
The client may make unlimited reproductions of the work for family and friends, but not for commercial use unless stated otherwise in the contract.
POLICIES
Payment: A non-refundable retainer to secure the date will be made upon booking (a fee that is 50% of the total cost), as my schedule fills up quickly!
The remaining 50% of the payment will be made 7 days before the event.
IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR DATE: The contract must be signed and the 50% retainer must be paid.
SPECIAL CASE SCENARIOS
In the case of last minute bookings (7 days before your event): I will require the full payment upfront.
In the case of poor weather or client illness: We can totally figure out a day to reschedule!
In the case of cancellations: Please refer to your contract & reach out to me!
In the case of wanting a re-edit / style change of your gallery: It will cost $100. Individual photos (up to 20 before the charge is applied) may be re-edited as per the client’s request.
